Motorcycle trip through East Texas

This week was my spring break and while most people head to the beach, I jumped on the back of a Harley Davidson Road King.  My dad and I left Oklahoma City, OK at 8:30 in the morning and started our journey to Caldwell, TX to visit family.  Although we could have saved time and taken I-35 the whole way, we decided to detour and take the scenic route.  It was a long journey but well worth it.  One of the more scenic stops along the way was the Davy Crockett National Forest.  Below are the pictures I took while driving down the road on the back of the motorcycle.  After a long beautiful ride we finally reached our destination 12 hours later.
